Life is not a race as they say. Some people found their success in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and some even at the late stages of their life. But only a chosen few are the exception to the rule. One of them is our guest who is out there raising multi-millions of dollars in his early 20’s.

Kyle Marcotte is a 22-year-old multifamily syndicator. While Kyle was still a Pre-med student and Division 1 Soccer player at UC Davis, he was able to syndicate two multifamily apartment buildings. These two deals totaled 119 units and are valued at over 5.5 million dollars. Today Kyle focuses on 100+ unit multifamily deals in the Austin market.

Be inspired and be motivated by Kyle and find out what it really takes to become successful and attain financial freedom at a young age.
