His role specializes in training, leasing, and marketing strategies for Asset Living’s student housing business. He has worked in the student housing industry for 10 years, gaining experience and expertise in creating strategic leasing and marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and developing and training team members at all levels. At Asset Living, his goals include ensuring properties exceed budgeted occupancy, leading markets in leasing success, and identifying opportunities and strategies to overcome difficult market conditions.
